06/21: New Kids on The Block - The Paraguayans
Two young talented swimmers from Paraguay joined our team last week.
Maria Lopez and Ricardo Gregor, both from Assuncion, Paraguay, will spend this summer with us.
Maria is selected to represent her country at 2010 Youth Olympic Games in Singapore. A sprinter, she is qualified to swim 50, 100 and 200 freestyle.
Ricardo Gregor is a backstroker. He is training in Davie on preparation to the 1st Pan American Student Games.
