06/21: Erick Marques and Miguel Robles Castro represented Davie at GP Santa Clara
Davie Nadadores is the only one swim club from Florida Gold Coast present in all USA Long Course Grand Prix in 2010.
This weekend, Erick Marques and Miguel Castro were our representatives at 43rd Santa Clara International Invitational in California.
Erick made two finals C, 23:93 50 free 20th place and 52:94 27th place 100 free. On prelims, he swam 52:26, his personal best. Now Erick is ready to join the University of Louisville next fall.
Miguel Castro from Mexico did his final preparation to Santa Clara at Davie. Miguel went to final on 100 and 200 back, plus 400 IM. He will be one of several swimmers from Davie whom will attend the 2010 Central American Games next month in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico.
