TOMAS VICTORIA

 Coach Tomas Victoria was born in Caracas, Venezuela. Graduate from The University of Florida in Physical Education in 1982 , he is married to Carol Victoria and has two daughters Andrea and Daniela , both of his daughters are involved in competitive sports : Andrea was an All American and state MVP in water polo during her High school years with St Thomas Aquinas HS she obtained an athletic scholarship to Colorado State. Daniela was an All American and two time Florida High School state champion in 100 breaststrokes she is a freshman at the University of Florida in swimming.
Coach Tomas was the Head coach of the Venezuelan National team from 1984 to 1995 his swimmers established over 100 National age group records and made the national Team in multiple occasions to events such as Pan American (1991 Cuba-1995 Argentina- 1999 Canada) and World Championships(1994 Rome , Italy -1995 Rio, Brazil) .
He moved to Florida in 1995 looking for new challenges, he established himself as a coach in the Florida Gold Coast with Team Weston Aquatics were he continued his career by placing swimmers in meets such as Pan Am Games, Rio, Brazil 2007, World Championships Melbourne, Australia 2007, World Youth Championships Rio, Brazil 2006 and Monterrey, Mexico 2008, Zone Championships, US Open, Junior National and Senior National Championships qualifiers.
His swimmers have graduated to accept Athletic and Academic scholarships to Institutions such as: Stanford University, Boston University, University of Florida, Florida Atlantic University, and Indian River College.
ALEX PUSSIELDI

 Coach Alex Pussieldi is originally from Brazil where attended University of Rio Grande do Sul (Journalism) and University of Pernambuco (Physical Education).
Former Junior National Coach of Brazil from 1995 to 1997, and responsible for more then 90 national age group champions in Brazil and several national records. After a very succesfull coaching career in his country, Coach Alex move to United States where has been one of the most active coaches in South Florida.

OMAR GONZALEZ

Omar Emilio Rodriguez Gonzalez is originally from Cuba, with several years working in Brazil. Graduated in Physical Education in Cuba with specialization in swimming. National Coach of Cuba and Olympic Coach of Brazil in 2004 Athens Olympic Games. Coach Omar was the coach of Thiago Pereira world champion on 100 IM at 2004 World Short Course Championships in Indianapolis.
Several of his swimmers achieved national titles and records in Brazil and Cuba, plus Pan American Games, South American and Central American Games, World Cups, World Junior Championships and World Swimming Long and Short Course Championships.Specialized in lactate analysis, biomechanical evaluation, Coach Omar brings a lot of his international experience to Davie Nadadores Swim Team.

GIANLUCA ALBERANI

He is originally from Italy.
He was a former international level swimmer in Italy also swam for Fort Lauderdale Swim Team under Coach Jack Nelson and Pine Crest and Davie Nadadores under Coach Alex Pussieldi.
He graduated in "Science of Sport" at University of Bologna (Italy), with publication of his thesis ("Study of power in elite swimmers") in a scientific poster.He started his career of Coach in Circolo Canottieri Aniene in Rome as age group assistant coach, then he moved to Bologna joining Nuoto Club Azzurra 1991 where he was Age Group Head Coach and Elite group Assistant Coach.
From April 2008 started his collaboration with Paraguayan Federation and he participated to Coppa Latina 2008 in San Marino and World Championships 2009 in Rome.
He is now Davie Nadadores Camp Head Coach, Elite group Assistant Coach and Dryland Coach.

MARTY GRADY

Coach Marty Grady is one of the most experienced coaches in South Florida. The 2008 Sun Sentinel`s Coach of The Year, Coach Grady has been a very successful age group coach with several FGC records and on the past three years produced over 10 USA Swimming National Age Group Rankings.
He qualified several swimmers for Junior Nationals, over 10 swimmers for National Age Group Top 16, and has placed over 200 swimmers at the Florida Gold Coast Junior Olympics.
Head Coach of prestigious St. Thomas Aquinas High School Boys Swimming and Diving Team, Coach Grady also work on other great swim clubs in our area.
Coach Marty Grady is the Head Age Group Coach at Davie Nadadores since june 2009.
