Brand new multi million dollar facility located at Nova Southeastern University Campus in Davie, Florida

Located 5 minutes away from the Fort Lauderdale Airport, 10 minutes away from the Sawgrass Mills (the largest shopping in South Florida) and 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Beach

Great location for hotels and several options for restaurants

Pool details:

70 meters X 25 yards, 2 bulk heads, 4 diving boards (1 and 3 meters), 40 Paragon starting blocks, Colorado Eletronic Timing System
Several options for dryland training, Power Rack, Power Tower, Vasa Trainer, mats, dumbbells, stretchcordz

Weight room

2 stories of very modern and updated weight room facility, multi sport courts available, locker rooms and sauna

Training plan:
2 swimming sessions a day, 1 long 1 short course plus 1 dryland session
Prices 15 U$ per swimmer per day or 20 U$ per day with weight room
